Japan Festa 2018 Day 2

Today would be the day I would break my boundaries and go in my cosplay. It’s 2018 and I think I shouldn’t be afraid of people judging me anymore. With Saige’s help I was able to conquer my fears and we attended the event together! We reached and checked out Japan Expo above where we searched for some summer schools in Japan in case we were interested in it. I was to meet my friend Purin there since she doesn’t have anyone to hang out with in the mean time so I said why not feel free to hang out with us! She was a stunning Dia from Houseki and I was in awe. We took photos together and I took a couple more with others. Towards the end I had some dinner with some other friends from the Houseki Squad, one of them who was the Zircon who is now known to me as Zakia aka my ultimate twin because we are just too similar irl. Zakia was Ciel with her friend as Grell and we sat down for some Japanese food but sadly I had to go home so I didn’t get a photo with her...

I sent Saige safely to her Uber and now I was scheduled to meet up with Xan or otherwise known by her Instagram @xdango19 from Malaysia! She was visiting Bangkok for the week so she decided to stop by at J-Fest with her friend. Together they cosplayed as Tsukki and Hinata from Haikyuu and I got a photo and chatted with them for a while! She was super nice honestly I never regretted to meet up with her. I hope someday we will be able to do a collaboration hopefully!! And that pretty much was it?? Honestly I don’t know how to feel about this. I never knew cosplaying would place an impact on me this much because this is where I am truly happy. I wish it did some effect to me back when I was that depressed suicidal emo kid back in middle school but sometimes it takes the right place and the right time to happen. I’m looking forward to next year’s J-Fest and hopefully the next event! Thank you so much to everyone who made this event possibly enjoyable and memorable to me!!
